The quality of a good leader

A leader is a person or an individual who set direction, build an inspiring vision, and create something new. Leadership is about mapping out where you need to go to "win" as a team  or an organization; and it is dynamic, exciting, and inspiring.
Yet, while a leader set the direction, he must also use management skills to guide his people to the right destination, in a smooth and efficient way.

"Nobody is Born a leader" they developed themselves to be what the are. On my way to being a great man, I have learnt some lessons. When a leader listens, the people talk, but when he doesn't, the people watch. True leadership has never been a function of superhero, it's not always a portrait of a superhero rather its a responsibility that demands effective communication and network to achieve a common ( not personal goal). If the goal  is common, then its communal. If is communal then you must not go about it privately like its personal; involve the people, teach them what to say and what to do, but don't tell them what to say.

One of my most principles of leadership  is termed "relationship" is the platter of a one-way traffic communication, leadership doesn't end your hand holding the led, their eyes watching your step's or your voice responding in their minds: it also involves your readily available ear syphoning their thoughts, else some will perish with their lips closed

Leading with superiority mentality is like parenting with a primitive ideology that the child is too little to have a say: such parents weep later ( a crying father is a commanding daddy). I'm a leader still being led, so by knowledge and experience, leadership and stewardship, I have come to understand that being a good leader is not about being in front of the parade, but being in charge of the queue. It demands building a team out of the crowd, grooming a society into a family and helping a community out of calamity. None of these will work without the people, team talking or unveiling their response.

What part of leadership doesn't require communication? What side of leadership doesn't require communication? I'm yet to know because leadership( not rulership) is relationship and relationship ineffective without communication, this makes a good leader seem a dictator and can erupt rebellion among the led. I here by emphasises my concern to the world leaders including, U.S president Donald Trump, North Korean President, Kim Jong-un, Russian President Vladimir Putin, Germany vise chancellor Angela Merkel, etc to embrace good leadership and lead the people the right destination.
